I love baseball. Everyone who knows me knows how much this is true, so when I was able to get tickets for the Marlins vs. Astros game on my only day off I was ecstatic. I hooked up the fam & we made it a family funday.
All I can say is the new Miami Marlins ballpark is AH-MAZING. From the minute you reach the top of the escalator you feel like you’re in Disney, except this is way better than Disney.
Not only is the stadium SUPER nice, but it’s SUPER Miami as well. From the food vendors, to the party atmosphere, to the Andy Warhol-esque art deco pictures used to announce the players at bat. I loved it all. Even with seats in section 321 I had an amazing view of everything. I wasn’t too high up, I didn’t feel like I needed to bring binoculars, & on that rainy day with the roof closed there was none of that Miami humidity to ruin the night.
Although I never got to see the infamous home-run machine in action, after 11 intense innings, the Marlins won 5 to 4 & everyone went home happy -after the Daddy Yankee performance of course.
I can’t wait to go back again <3
